Ron Wilson

Ron Wilson approached us after another realtor was unsuccessful in selling our house. We were trying to sell the house by owner, and were unsure about listing it again. Ron sent us a list of extra things that he does to make a sale come to pass. He persisted through our time of doubt and I came to see that he was very professional. He exceeded our expectations and we were amazed how quickly the house sold once we listed it with him. We were also very happy to see that he oversaw a bidding war amongst those who were expressing interest. I found his advise honest and helpful in making our selection to sell to the buyer. He was attentive to every step and detail along the way and was efficient but not intrusive. Quite frankly Ron Wilson is the best realtor I have ever dealt with by far. I had Ron sell a rental property of mine. I was Initially trying to sell on my own thinking how hard could it be. After not getting much action I asked Ron took a look at the property.
